Appendix II  China’s Anti-dumping Filing Procedure (against Imports)

Dumping verified

The Department of Commerce together with General Customs Administration conduct an investigation to determine the existence of dumping.

The Department of Commerce examines the application and attached documents. for an anti-dumping investigation.

Postscript
